Abstract
İklim değişikliği ve küresel ısınma dünyanın ortak bir sorunudur. Birçok sektörde olumsuz etkiye neden olan iklim değişikliğinin turizm sektörüne olan olumsuzlukları turizm faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilemez hale getirmektedir. İklim değişikliği, turistlerin destinasyon seçimlerini, tatil sürelerini ve işletmeleri seçimlerinde önemli bir unsur haline gelmiştir. İklim değişikliği ve küresel ısınma sorunu ile mücadele sürecinde en büyük avantaj toplumsal farkındalığın oluşturulması ve iş birliği içerisinde bu sorunla mücadele edilmesi gerektiğidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sivas Merkez ilçede ikamet eden yerel halkın iklim değişikliği ve turizme yönelik algılarını tespit etmek ve bu algılarının çeşitli değişkenlerle incelemektedir. Bu amaç kapsamında kullanılan anket formu 2021 yılı Kasım, Aralık aylarında Sivas Merkez ilçede ikamet eden 502 kişiyle yüz yüze görüşülerek uygulanmış ve araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler SPSS ver:22,0 programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Anket verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde iklim değişikliği ve turizm algı ölçeği istatiksel olarak anlamlı olup olmadıklarını normal dağılıma uygun olup olmadığı analiz edilerek parametrik test varsayımları yapılmıştır. Analiz bulgularında, yerel halkın iklim değişikliği ve turizm algılarının yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır

KÜRESEL ISINMA İKLİM DEĞİŞİKLİĞİ TURİZM Climate change and global warming are a common problem of the world. The negative effects of climate change on the tourism sector which cause negative effects in many sectors make tourism activities impossible. Climate change has become an important factor in tourists vacation durations and businesses. The biggest advantage in the fight against climate change and global warming is the creation of social awareness and the need to combat this problem in cooperation. The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of the local people residing in Sivas Central district towards climate change and tourism and to examine these perceptions with various variables. The questionnaire form used for this purpose was applied face-to-face with 502 people residing in Sivas Central district in November and December 2021 and the data obtained within the scope of the research were analyzed using the SPSS ver:22.0 program. In the evaluation of the survey data parametric test assumptions were made by analyzing whether the climate change and tourism perception scale was statistically significant or not whether it was suitable for normal distribution.
