This study investigates the relationship between culture proximity and international trade in Asia, covering the period 1970-2009 using Pedroni and Johansen and Fisher Panel Data cointegration tests. The result of the cointegration analysis indicates that there is a long-run relationship between culture and and international trade. This means cultural proximity/similarity effects the international trade in long run
