Öz
Bu çalışma bir kamu özel işbirliği modeli olan sağlık kuruluşunda yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Sağlık hizmeti sunan bireylerin iç girişimcilik algılarını ölçmek ve bu algıların cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum ve çalışma statüsü (kamu veya özel) durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın yapılacağı sağlık kuruluşu yapı itibariyle bünyesinde hem kamu çalışanlarını hem de özel sektör çalışanlarını istihdam etmektedir. Dolayısıyla kamu ve özel statüde çalışanların iç girişimcilik seviyelerini de karşılaştırma olanağı doğmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda kamu özel işbirliği modeli olan sağlık kuruluşunda çalışan bireyler arasında iç girişimcilik düzeyi test edilmiş ve cinsiyet faktörüne göre erkek ve kadınlar arasında farklılık bulunamamıştır. Bunun yanında yaşı daha genç olanların daha yaşlı bireylere göre, bekar olanların evli olanlara göre iç girişimcilik düzeyinin daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Kamu özel karşılaştırmasında ise iç girişimcilik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır.
