OTANTİK LİDERLİK VE BİREYSEL BİLGİ PAYLAŞIMI İLİŞKİSİ: OTEL İŞLETMELERİNDEN KANITLAR

Öz

Otantik liderlik (OL) ile bilgi paylaşımı arasındaki ilişkinin incelendiği bu çalışmada Kaynakların Korunması Teorisinden (COR) yararlanarak, otantik liderliğin hem bilgi bağışlama hem de bilgi toplama ile pozitif olarak ilişkili olduğuna yönelik hipotezler önerilmektedir. Hipotezler Trabzon'da bulunan beş yıldızlı otellerden toplanan anket verileriyle test edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, çalışanların otantik liderlik tutumunun bilgi toplama ve bilgi bağışlama eğilimlerini olumlu şekilde artırdığını göstermektedir. Bu bulguların araştırma ve uygulama üzerindeki etkileri tartışılmaktadır.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND INDIVIDUAL KNOWLEDGE SHARING: EVIDENCE FROM HOTELS

Öz

This study which examines the relationship between authentic leadership (OL) and knowledge sharing benefits from the Conservation of Resources Theory (COR). According to, the study ıt is suggested that authentic leadership is positively related with both knowledge donation and information gathering. The hypotheses were tested with survey data collected from the five-star hotels located in Trabzon. The results show that authentic leadership perception of the empleyees increases their information gathering and knowlage donation tendency. The effects of the findings on the research and the aplication have been discussed.
